1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ATS Resume Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create accounts for others without consent, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or create a new account after a prior account was terminated for cause.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use ATS Resume Forge to:

• Build and export your own resume and cover letter documents.
• Upload and process your own career documents.
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes.
• Use the service for professional career coaching or outplacement services if your plan allows it.

You may not:

• Submit false information to employers or create fraudulent credentials.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform at scale.
• Use automated scripts beyond normal use.
• Resell or sublicense access without written consent.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or paid tiers.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security.

5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

ATS Resume Forge uses AI to help generate resume and cover letter content. The AI is instructed not to fabricate information, but you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to employers.

• You must ensure your documents are accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for the content you submit to employers.
• We are not liable for job application outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload and documents generated from your information. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

Our platform

ATS Resume Forge, its code, design, trademarks, and platform content are our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize charges to your selected payment method on the applicable schedule.

• Cancellation: You may cancel through your billing portal and retain access until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Contact support@atsresumeforge.com for refund questions.
• Price changes: We will notify you before any price increase that affects your subscription.
• Free account limits: We may update Free account limits with notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in interviews, offers, or employment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EU/UK users, nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
